Each book is custom-made just for your child and typically arrives within 2–3 weeks. If there’s ever a printing or quality issue, we’ll make it right.

Because our books are custom-made and individually produced, all sales are final except in the cases outlined below. That said, if something isn’t right due to an error on our end, we will always make it right.

Damage, Printing Errors, or Quality Issues

If your book arrives with:

• Damage from shipping
• Printing errors
• Quality control or detail issues

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly:

• Replace the book at no additional cost, or
• Issue a refund if a replacement is not possible

Our goal is for every book to arrive as a beautiful keepsake, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because each book is created specifically for your child:

• We cannot offer refunds for:
  • Personal preference
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect information provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate personalization details

Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Timeframes

Our books are custom gifts, not mass-produced items.

• Each order is written, designed, printed, and prepared with care
• Typical delivery time is 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, we cannot offer refunds for:

• Longer-than-expected shipping times
• Carrier delays outside of our control

Return Shipping

If a return or replacement is approved due to damage or error:

• We will cover any necessary return shipping costs
• Please do not send items back without contacting us first
